Yarrin is a family owned 3rd generation business, manufacturing Rainwater Tanks since 1990.
We provide the residential rainwater tank solution for any home owner, builder or plumber, that is looking to either save water to use throughout their house or garden, or that requires a tank for a renovation or new or home build.
We sell through a network of plumbing and hardware stores who have tanks in stock, giving you the chance to see and touch the product before you buy it. This network gives you peace of mind when buying from Yarrin with somebody locally looking after you, and local back up support
Our objective is the seamless delivery of a compliant tank in accordance with your schedule. We understand that deadlines are important, that’s why we keep stock ready for timely delivery, to make it an easy requirement to tick off your build list.
We hold the popular sizes and colours in stock in our Sydney warehouse and our dealers yards across NSW for the highest level of service.
We make our own ‘RGBlend20’ raw material. The Raw material (polyethylene) is processed and ground in-house under controlled conditions and is made to the requirements of AS/NZS 4766:2006. We use virgin, food grade polyethylene resin which has been developed and made in Australia to meet the extremes of Australia’s challenging climatic conditions – including the effects of UV radiation. This also allows us to provide the largest colour range in Australia for rainwater tanks.

WHAT DOES THE NAME YARRIN REPRESENT?
Yarrin is the Gamilaraay word for fresh water, flowing water and water collection point.The Gamilaraay, also rendered Kamilaroi, are an Indigenous Australian people whose lands extend from New South Wales to Southern Queensland. They form one of the four largest Indigenous nations in Australia.
The style and shaping of the Y simply and symbolizes a river, as the meaning of ‘Yarrin’ is the freshest part of the river where the water is flowing, and this is where the Kamilaroi people collected their water from. The blue dot simply represents a water droplet of fresh, clean and pure water.
